Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age to register an account with 666zzz. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account registration is open to individuals located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

1.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. 666zzz reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

1.5 Accounts may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

2.1 666zzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity, age, and location of all registered players.

2.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

2.3 Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 666zzz reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

2.4 All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for verification purposes.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at 666zzz's discretion.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. 666zzz does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees for which 666zzz accepts no liability.

3.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your account are not permitted.

3.4 Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements. 666zzz does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by payment provider systems outside our control.

3.5 666zzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, breach of these Terms, or suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

4.1 From time to time, 666zzz may offer bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer.

4.2 All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotional offer page.

4.3 Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Where a player holds both real-money and bonus balances, 666zzz determines the order in which funds are used when placing bets, as stated in individual offer terms.

4.4 Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. 666zzz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.5 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk qualifying bets, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

Game Rules, Betting & Fair Play

5.4 Collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. 666zzz monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds where such activity is detected.

5.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or market and may be adjusted at 666zzz's discretion.

Responsible Gaming

6.1 666zzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering losses.

6.2 666zzz provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session duration reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.

6.3 Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately upon submission and remain in force for the period selected by the player. During a self-exclusion period, 666zzz will take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account.

Account Security & Password

7.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 666zzz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

7.2 You must notify 666zzz immediately via support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 666zzz will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

7.3 666zzz uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

7.4 You must not attempt to circumvent 666zzz's security systems, access restricted areas of the platform, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

Account Closure & Termination

8.1 You may close your 666zzz account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

8.2 666zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; underage gambling; or failure to complete KYC verification.

8.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 666zzz reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. This does not affect any legal rights you may have.

8.4 Dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated on the platform's fees schedule, unless a zero-balance is on the account at the time the inactivity fee is assessed.

Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 666zzz platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, video streams, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666zzz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 666zzz.

9.3 The 666zzz brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 666zzz. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666zzz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from game results, technical failures, or delays in payment processing.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

11.3 666zzz will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the platform's services (including payment processors and KYC service providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

12.1 If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of your 666zzz experience, please contact our customer support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

12.2 666zzz will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Complex complaints may require additional time to investigate.

12.3 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint through whichever external dispute resolution mechanism applies to your jurisdiction under applicable gaming regulations.

12.4 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 666zzz is licensed to operate.
